The consultancy brings its methodology to the GitHub ecosystem, with its app now available on the GitHub Marketplace.
Toronto — August 6, 2026 — CodeLantern, a software development consultancy that helps engineering teams adopt agentic development without losing quality, control, or alignment, today announced it has joined the GitHub Technology Partner Program. As part of the program, CodeLantern has published its app, codelantern-ai, on the GitHub Marketplace.
The GitHub Technology Partner Program supports companies building apps, integrations, and Actions that extend GitHub for developers worldwide. Membership gives CodeLantern access to technical resources, early visibility into new GitHub capabilities, and a path to reach developers directly through the GitHub Marketplace.
CodeLantern embeds with a customer’s team to install a structured approach to agentic development, run on the issues, pull requests, and boards the team already uses. Because that work lives in GitHub, a native integration puts the methodology where teams already are, instead of adding another disconnected tool. Teams that run on that structure get a knowledge base that compounds with every pull request, traceability of what shipped and how, and a clear line from AI spend to the work it produced.
“Software teams already live inside GitHub. It’s where the code, the pull requests, and the day-to-day collaboration happen. Joining the GitHub Technology Partner Program lets us meet teams there and run our methodology on the tools they already trust, instead of asking them to work around one more.”
