CodeLantern Platform
Govern agentic delivery from intent through production.
Move from a collection of solo vibe coders to a structured agentic engineering team, quickly and safely. One system connects governed workflows, durable repository knowledge, delivery evidence, and the tools your team already trusts.
Three core components
One structured workflow, from the agent to the systems your team already uses.
Agent plugin
Skills guide developers and their coding agents through CodeLantern's structured workflow methodology, from specification and planning through implementation, review, and consolidation.
Structured skills inside the developer's agent harness
MCP server
A provider-neutral tool layer lets agents perform source-control actions such as creating a pull request and project-management actions such as claiming or updating an issue.
One interface across GitHub Projects, Linear, Jira, and GitHub
Portal
Teams configure source-control and project-management providers for each repository, manage members, and see delivery analytics across Knowledge, Velocity, and Value.
Configuration, team administration, and delivery analytics
01 · Govern
Govern the workflow.
CodeLantern turns each issue into a structured delivery lifecycle with human approval and review at the decisions that matter. Issues, plans, pull requests, and decisions remain durable records in your existing organizational systems.
GitHub Projects, Linear, and Jira are supported for project management. GitHub remains the source control system. Skills make the method repeatable without pretending every provider exposes the same mechanics.
02 · Remember
Preserve project knowledge.
The repository Knowledge Base captures conventions, decisions, components, reusable procedures, glossary terms, and learnings as the work progresses. That retained context is available to people and agents instead of disappearing between tickets and delivery cycles.
Knowledge stays close to the code and compounds across issues, giving the next developer or agent the same project-specific context the team has already earned.
03 · Observe
See the metrics that matter to understand how your team and its agents are delivering value.
Knowledge, Velocity, and Value give leaders a grounded view of retained context, the issue lifecycle, and the sessions used to deliver each issue. See session count, elapsed time, active model time, contributors, and issue size together.
Value Telemetry
Content-free operational evidence includes skills and MCP tool calls, tokens read and written, and an OpenTelemetry timeline from session start to session end. It does not expose prompts, transcripts, source code, or diffs. For GitHub Copilot users, the cost of each session contributing towards an issue is also displayed.
04 · Connect
Connect securely to the tools you already use.
GitHub Projects, Linear, and Jira connect as project management providers, while GitHub connects for source control. No provider credentials are stored in customer repositories; access uses server-minted, short-lived, scoped credentials for the task.
